Information on out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

Seco Industries, s.r.o., in accordance with the currently valid wording of Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on Consumer Protection, informs that if a consumer dispute arises between Seco Industries, s.r.o. and a consumer
consumer dispute arising from a purchase contract or a contract for the provision of services that cannot be
resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court dispute resolution to the designated
entity for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution, which is:
